The cleaning of aluminum parts can not use caustic soda solution instead of sodium carbonate solution. (3) Cleaning with a metal cleaner. The parts should be cleaned according to the instructions. The above two methods can not be used to remove the scale in the aluminum alloy cylinder block and the cylinder head, and can be removed with a 0.3% to 6.5% trisodium phosphate solution, and the soaking time is 30 to 60 minutes. After the coke is removed with a chemical solution, the parts are washed and dried with hot water at 60-90°C (adding 0.1%-0.3% of potassium chromate to the water).
