4. Adjust the height of the kettle bracket on the pole slider and place the kettle on the bracket. Use a semicircular hoop to insert the kettle pole into the support pole, then tighten the screws to keep the reactor vertical.
5. Fix the stirring rod on the motor's main shaft chuck and pass it through the central rotating bearing of the cover. Tighten the connector and adjust the motor position for proper alignment.
6. The pole slider is a multi-purpose stainless steel clamp that allows for directional and height adjustments.
7. On the left side of the bottle cap, install a 40# standard port reflux condenser, and on the right side, connect a 40# feeding port to a constant pressure funnel. The front 24# port is for the thermometer, and the back 34# port serves as a multi-function spare port. The bottom has a discharge valve, while the lower and upper ports are for circulating fluid inlet and outlet, respectively.
8. When installing glass components, clean them thoroughly and apply Vaseline to prevent glass locking. Apply vacuum grease to avoid air leaks.
9. Secure the universal wheel to stabilize the stirrer. Ensure smooth rotation and proper alignment.
**Operating Procedures:**
1. Verify that the power supply voltage matches the specifications on the nameplate.
2. Plug in the power cable, turn on the inverter, and adjust the speed using the control knob.
3. If the motor and material flow resonate, change the speed to avoid this.
4. After installing the stirring bar, manually rotate it to check for concentricity. If not aligned, loosen the clamp, adjust, and gradually increase the speed.
5. Adjust the stirring leaves up and down as needed, typically by 5 cm.
6. If the seal performance decreases, inspect the rotating bearing inside the agitator sleeve.
7. The glass components are made from GG17 borosilicate glass. Always confirm the material before use to ensure safety.
8. The outer layer of the glass kettle can be heated with hot oil or cooled with a coolant. Steam heating should not exceed 0.5–1 K (avoid pressurized steam).
9. During low-temperature operations, the discharge valve may frost. Thaw it partially before use to prevent cracking.
10. If particles are present in the solution, they may affect the PTFE piston’s airtightness. Clean the valve thoroughly after each use.

1. Inspect the equipment before use. Check for any damaged glass or mismatched interfaces and handle it carefully.
2. Handle the equipment gently. If damaged within warranty, repair costs will apply.
3. Avoid over-tightening PTFE switches, as this may damage the glass.
