First, manual sprayer

1. How to use: (1) The new skin should be soaked in oil or animal oil for more than 24 hours before use. Do not soak with vegetable oil. (2) Install the plug stem assembly by first injecting a little lubricating oil into the gas cylinder, tilting one side of the skin bowl into the cylinder, rotating the plug stem, and pressing the periphery of the skin cup into the cylinder with the other hand. Straighten the plug rod and install it vertically. Never try hard stuffing. (3) When using, pay attention to the gas cylinder cap, the water cap and the vent screw where there should be no air leakage, otherwise it will affect the spray quality. (4) When liquid is added, it should be filtered to prevent impurities from clogging the orifice. The height of the liquid surface should not exceed the water level marked on the outside of the barrel to avoid spillage at the pump cover during operation. (5) When carrying work, it is advisable to shake the handle 18-25 times per minute. Action must be smooth. Do not excessively bend the handle. Keep the level of the medicine box as far as possible to avoid splashing. (6) The liquid pumped into the air chamber must not exceed the safe water level. Once it exceeds, the pump fluid should be stopped immediately to avoid cracking the air chamber. (7) Before formal spraying, test the spray with clean water first to check if there is any leakage or spray. Abnormalities are found and eliminated in time. (8) According to different crops, different growing seasons and types of diseases and insect pests, different apertures are selected for the orifice plate. The nozzles are equipped with two types of orifice plates. The large orifice plate (1.6 mm in diameter) is suitable for larger crops and small holes (diameter 1.3 Mm) Suitable for seedling use.

Remove the cup and place it in lubricating oil or animal oil to soak it and reinstall it. Store the sprayer in a cool, dry place. (3) If it is not used for a long time, the inside and outside of the liquid barrel should be scrubbed and greased on each joint to prevent rust. Second, the gasoline engine

1. Preparation before start-up: (1) Check the connections of the various parts, and check if the tightening conditions are reliable. If necessary, tighten and adjust them. (2) Check if the amount of fuel in the fuel tank is sufficient enough. (3) Check whether the connectors of the electrical equipment are firmly connected and tighten them if necessary. (4) Shake the crankshaft to observe whether the transmission parts are in normal operation and flexible in rotation. Adjust and lubricate when necessary.

2. Start: The engine should start without load. (1) Close the choke valve of the small carburetor properly, open the oil circuit switch, press the button on the float chamber, and spill oil on the float chamber cover. (2) Wrap one end of the starter rope around the cranking disc, and hold the other end inside the hand. Pull it hard to drive the crankshaft to rotate. Note that when pulling with a rope, do not twist the rope around your hand to avoid accidents caused by reverse rotation of the crankshaft. (3) After the gasoline engine is started, adjust the damper door air to run at low speed for 2-3 minutes to warm it up. Note that the low-speed operation time should not be too long, generally not more than 5 minutes. In the warm-up process, it should be observed whether the machine is operating normally. Find out the problem, stop the machine to find out the reason, and rectify the problem after troubleshooting.

3. Operation: (1) After the gasoline engine runs at a low speed for 2-3 minutes, it can gradually increase the rotation speed. Continue warming up. When the operating temperature is reached, load operation is resumed. (2) Pay attention to whether the machine has “shots”, knocks, or other abnormal sounds; pay attention to the abnormal burning odor of electrical appliances and wires, and whether the fuel or lubrication systems have leakage. If any abnormality is found, it shall be stopped and checked. After troubleshooting, it shall be put into operation. (3) Do not operate under long-term overload or smoke.

4. Parking and storage: (1) Before the engine stops running, it is necessary to remove the load, reduce the rotation speed for 2-3 minutes, lower the temperature, and then shut down the machine. (2) If the gasoline engine ceases to be used for a long period of time, a corresponding technical maintenance shall be carried out according to the contents specified in the instruction manual; the external clean, easy rust and paint stripping areas shall be coated with anti-rust oil. Wrap or cover rubber products such as high-voltage cables and plug them with cork stoppers. Gasoline engines should be stored in a ventilated, dry, clean place and covered with a tarpaulin or plastic sheet.

1. Spraying method: (1) First assemble the relevant parts and make the whole machine in the spraying operation state. (2) Before adding the liquid, spray with clean water once to check whether there is any leakage; do not overfill the liquid with too much rush so as not to overflow into the fan casing from the air outlet of the filter; the added liquid must be clean to avoid The nozzle is clogged. After adding the liquid, the lid of the medicine box must be tightly closed, and the dosing liquid may not stop, but the engine must be at a low speed. 2. Dusting operation method: (1) Adjust the machine tool according to the instructions in the instruction manual to make the medicine box device in the powder spraying state. (2) Powders should be dry, free of weeds, debris, and agglomerates. When stopping dosing, the gasoline engine should be running at low speed. Close the windshield and the powder door control handle. After adding the powder, tighten the lid of the medicine box and open the damper. (3) Adjust the hand throttle to the proper position after the back machine, stabilize the operation for a while, and then adjust the powder door switch handle to spray. (4) Spraying in the forest area should pay attention to the use of topography and wind direction. It is better to use the dew on the surface of the crop in the evening for dusting. (5) When using a long nozzle for dusting, first release the film from the crank and assemble the throttle, then blow the long film plastic tube. Do not rotate at too high a speed, then adjust the powder gate to prevent spraying. Store powder at the end of the tube and dither the nozzle at any time during the process.

3, stop running: first close the powder door or liquid switch, and then reduce the throttle, so that the gasoline engine runs at low speed after 3-5 minutes to close the throttle, gas oil machine can stop running, then put down the machine and close the fuel valve.

After the daily work is completed, maintenance should be carried out as follows: (1) No excess powder or liquid medicine may remain in the medicine box. (2) Clean up oil and dust on the surface of the machine. (3) Wash the medicine box with water, especially rubber parts. Gasoline engines must not be flushed with water. (4) Check whether there is water leakage and oil slick at each joint and remove it in time. (5) Check if the screws of each department are loose or lost. If the tools are complete, if they are loose or lost, they must be tightened and filled in time. (6) When spraying powder, it is necessary to clean the carburetor and air filter every day. (7) After the maintenance of the machine should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, do not get close to the fire, and avoid the sun. (8) No powder shall remain in the long film plastic pipe.
