Before use, please familiarize yourself with the instrument and control panel. Use a megger to measure the power supply, plug, and grounding for poor insulation or short circuit. When using, you must first add oil to the pot, then turn on the power. The digital temperature control meter displays the actual measured temperature. Set the temperature: Press the SET button to set or view the temperature set point. Press the SET button and the digital tube character starts to flash, indicating that the meter enters the setting state. Press the â–³ button to increase the setting value. Press the â–½ button to decrease the setting value. Press and hold the â–³ button or the â–½ button to change the data quickly. Press again. The SET button returns to the normal working state and the temperature is set. When using, please pay attention to the oil in the pot can not make the electric heating tube exposed to the oil surface (or refueling to the two-thirds of the inner constant temperature oil bath), so as not to burn the electric heating tube, causing leakage.
