Recently, the "Quality Control Technology Research on Apple and Its Fruit Juice Safety Production" passed the acceptance of the expert group, which marked the important achievements of the Northwest A&F University in the research of apple and juice safety production.
Three years after the research of this subject, the research established and constructed the key factors of apple green safety production in the Loess Plateau and its evaluation techniques, and established a safe production mode from the source control to the key point of juice processing safety control. Three fruit-washing agents and two composite film formulations were used to isolate and identify the main producing strains of patulin in apple juice in Shaanxi. The technical specifications for safe storage of apples were established. The technical standards for safe storage of apples were compiled and apple juice was developed.
