1, the body is damaged
The symptoms of periodic body damage are in most cases caused by the discs of the export star wheel. Specifically, one or some of the grooves in the upper wheel of the export star wheel have cracks, thorns, deformations, wear, etc., which will tear, scratch, wrinkle, and collide with the upper part of the body. Similarly, problems with one or more of the grooves in the lower wheel of the export star wheel will damage the lower part of the body. In addition, foreign objects between the upper and lower discs can also damage the body. Normally, the back mark is smaller than the body mark, so the back mark is less likely to be damaged by the exit star wheel.
2, the label tilt
Periodic label tilt symptoms are in most cases caused by certain components on the grab drum. You can find the reason from the following parts:
The condition of the underlying clamp or the adjustment of the spacer is not normal. For example, the pad has worn out; the gap between the pad and the palm is too large or too small; the pad cannot fit well with the finger.
The gripping clip refers to sticking to the glue or the adjustment is not normal. For example, one clip can hold the label, and the other clip can't clamp the label; the clip is not at the center of the palm groove; the opening or closing moment of the clip is incorrect; the clip cannot fit well with the spacer, etc. .
The sponge push block is glued or worn and deformed.
The pinch spring on one of the grab fingers has broken or stuck.
The cardan shaft of the labeling station is not assembled correctly, that is, the marks on the cardan shaft are not aligned.
3, no glue on one side of the label
The periodic label has no glue on one side (commonly known as: Yin and Yang), and in most cases is caused by some errors in the labeling of a palm. You can find the reason from the following items:
The palm of the label does not properly roll the label on the front of the label box. For example: the palm of the hand is advanced or delayed rolling; there is no hydraulic label on the palm side.
The palm of the hand is not clean. For example, the side of the palm of the hand is stuck with dirt that is insoluble in the glue.
The palm of the hand has been damaged. For example: already deformed and worn.
4, no glue at the corner of the label
The periodic no-glue symptom of the label is basically the same as the no-glue symptom on the side of the periodic label. In most cases, it is caused by deformation and wear of the labeling palm. Deformation refers to the bending of a certain angle, and the abrasion refers to the abdomen of a certain angle.
The most direct criterion for verifying the good and bad operation of the labeling machine is to see if the label on the bottle coming out from behind the labeling machine is properly pasted.
