Several attractant additives for shrimp

Adding food to food

In the same practical feed, different attractants were added to compare the effects of different attractants on shrimp.

(a) Feed intake

8 groups of formula, the basic formula of each group of bait is the same, but add a different attractant, namely betaine, allicin, fetal shell powder, a mixture of taurine and glycine, a mixture of betaine and fetal shell powder, garlic Mixture of vegetarian and mussel flour and squid viscera powder, and a separate control group (without attractant). The juveniles with an average body weight of 1.19 g were divided into 8 groups and fed with the above-mentioned 8 feeds respectively. The fed amounts accounted for 1.5% of the body weight, and the feed intake of the shrimp was observed within 1 hour. Results: The shrimps had the best feeding condition on the mussel feed. The food was eaten within 20 minutes and the stomach was full of food. It is said that adding the mussel powder has the best attracting effect.

(ii) Lures

Use the "Y" type transparent sink, which consists of a main slot and two sub-slots. There is a baffle at the junction of the sub-slot and the main slot. Put the shrimp in the main tank, and put the same amount of bait containing bait and control bait in the two sub-tanks respectively. After 5 minutes, remove the baffle, start timing, record the total number of tails of shrimp into each sub-tank, and keep recording 20 Minutes, the results obtained are basically consistent with the results of eating conditions.

(III) Growth

The daily feeding rate of the feed with mussel flour was the highest, ranging from 15.41 to 16.32%; followed by the feed supplemented with mullet, indicating that mussel powder had the strongest larvae for shrimp. From the point of view of weight gain, the highest is also the addition of mussel powder group, which is 56.1~60.89%. It shows that adding mussel powder makes the nutrients of the formulated feed more balanced and closer to the physiological needs of shrimp.

Section 7 Abalone

Abalone is a mollusk, its soft part is edible, and its shell can make crafts. Abalone grows very slowly. It usually takes 4 to 7 years to grow to a shell length of 7.5 to 11 cm. After hatching, abalone also passes plankton and enters the flood season. Natural foods after the flood season include wakame, brown seaweed (brown seaweed), and stone cockles. Formulated feed uses alginic acid as an excipient to prevent the feed from spoiling and disintegrating in water.
