The thermostat temperature control consists of the following parts:

Heating part: heating the temperature measuring section with electric heating tube: generally use industrial platinum thermal resistance as temperature measuring component, convert the measured temperature value into corresponding resistance signal to the matching display regulating instrument to display the temperature in the thermostatic bath Adjustment control part: The temperature display adjustment meter controls the conduction angle of the thyristor to control the heating power of the electric heating tube according to the difference between the measured temperature in the constant temperature bath and the set temperature, and then controls the conduction angle of the thyristor. The heating power changes with the temperature difference. When the set temperature is reached, the regulator balances the heat generated by the heating tube with the lost heat through the thyristor, thereby achieving the purpose of constant temperature.

Another adjustment control part is that when the temperature in the constant temperature bath is lower than the set temperature, the temperature display adjustment instrument output signal controls the relay to be turned on to heat the heating tube, and when the temperature is higher than the set temperature, the temperature display adjustment instrument control relay is disconnected. The heating tube stops heating to achieve a constant temperature purpose. However, this control method causes the temperature in the constant temperature bath to fluctuate greatly above and below the set temperature due to the thermal inertia of the heating tube, and the constant temperature effect is not as good as above.
