Sheep house disinfection should be divided into two steps. Sweep first, then use the disinfectant to spray the floor, walls and ceiling; the delivery room should be disinfected several times before, during and after lambing; the sheep house entrance should have a disinfection tank or be immersed with disinfectant (2% to 4% sodium hydroxide Solution, etc.) sacks or straw mats.

Garbage disinfection often places sacks or straw mats soaked with 2% to 4% sodium hydroxide or 10% Kelpin disinfectant at the entrance and exit.

Ground disinfection mainly refers to ground disinfection of sports grounds. Disinfect each time in the spring and autumn. Can be sprayed with a bleach mash containing 2.5% available chlorine, 4% formalin, or 1% sodium hydroxide solution.

Disinfection of fecal sewage mainly adopts biological heat sterilization method. In other words, the feces is piled up 100 meters away from the sheep's house, covered with 10 centimeters of sand, and fermented for one month. Sewage should be introduced into the sewage treatment tank and bleaching powder (or quicklime) should be added for disinfection. The amount of disinfectant used depends on the volume of sewage. Generally, 2 g to 5 g of bleach are used per litre of sewage.
