Ning Gaoning said that analyzing food safety issues and removing man-made damages are due to the following reasons: First, dispersion; second, the production process and supervision are relatively extensive, and food safety control standards and standards are not well implemented. The third is weak product export management, the company pays attention to the factory inspection, neglect of product release and other aspects of management; the fourth is training and education, goal responsibility and traceability system is not in place. Establishing the food industry chain system is an inevitable way for the development of the company. In the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, we must coordinate and take food safety as an important responsibility. We must implement food safety in every aspect. Every link of the industry chain should be done in accordance with the requirements of food safety. Every link must be qualified. The product is never entered into the next link.

According to Ning Gaoning, each enterprise in the industrial chain must form a risk control plan according to the modern food safety enterprise system and form a seamless connection from the field to the dining table.
