According to construction, it can be divided into above-ground storage, underground storage and cave storage. These cold storages were originally designed for the storage of fruits and vegetables, and their performance is not suitable for the cultivation of white golden mushroom. Therefore, they must be properly modified to meet the environmental conditions of the growth and development of white mushroom.

The situation of cold storage is different, and its reconstruction method is also different. (3) The problems of cold storage cultivation coordinate the conflict between temperature, humidity, gas and light, and meet the needs of the growth and development of white mushroom. Otherwise, the quality of the mushrooms will not meet the requirements of the goods or the production will be severely reduced, resulting in loss of income. In a cold store in Liuzhou City, Guangxi, in July 1995, four of the warehouses were used to cultivate white gold mushroom, and 40 tons of raw materials were fed. The growth of mycelia in the early period was relatively good and the mushroom failure in the latter period caused a loss of 100,000 yuan. After summing up the lesson, the cold storage of cultivated white needle mushroom must pay attention to the following issues:

1. During the germination period, the temperature is high, the mycelium rapidly ages and declines, and the fungus takes advantage of it and breeds.

2. After the mycelium is well developed, the temperature is reduced, but the temperature is still high (10°C or higher) for the development of the fruit body, which promotes the mushroom body to be long and loose, and quickly ages and lodgings. Mushroom feet grow a lot of hair, stick together into one. The upper part of the mushroom body is infected with mold, or the second tidal mushroom is produced, and the product loses its commercial value.

3. Flammulina velutipes grows high and low in size, its thickness is not spoonful, and the mushroom body loses its elasticity but is not crisp and tender, and it becomes a poor quality product. This indicates that the mushroom did not undergo "inhibition treatment" at the young mushroom stage. During the young mushroom period of the mushroom, the temperature must be reduced to 4-6°C for 4-8 days, which is a necessary condition for the quality of the mushroom.
