3. The water pump should use the glue pipe of the corresponding caliber, one end of the suction pipe is connected to the bottom valve, the other end is connected with the inlet of the water pump, and then the pump is filled with water from the outlet of the pump. At the same time, unscrew the vent bolt and exhaust the air before tightening the bolt.
4. The core of the power supply should be 4 square millimeters, and it should be connected to the main power line through a 10A single-phase switch. Do not insert the lamp directly. When installing the circuit, attention should be paid to safety. The connection of each wire should be reliable, and the redundant wires should not be wrapped to prevent electric shock.
5. After the power is turned on, the motor should be started within 3 seconds. If it cannot be started, immediately cut off the power and check the circuit.
6. When the pump is pumped under low voltage and low lift conditions, the operating status of the motor should be taken into account. If the temperature of the pump rises to hot, the power supply will automatically shut off. When the temperature of the motor drops, it will start automatically.
7. The pump is sealed with a skeleton oil seal. If it is used for a long time, the wear is serious. When the water pump is not on the water, it should be replaced in time.
8. The motor should have protective devices and should not work in the sun and rain. When the pump is not used for a long time, the water in the pump should be drained and a little butter or oil be applied to the surface to prevent rust.
Common troubleshooting
1. The pump does not run. If the mechanical part is stuck, the assembly gap should be adjusted to make it flexible; if the circuit fails, the circuit should be repaired.
2. The pump does not discharge water. If the suction pipe is leaky, the joints in the pipe should be leaked and the joints should be repaired and sealed. If the air is not drained, the exhaust bolts should be unscrewed to exhaust air; if the water in the pump is not filled, Fill the pump with water; if the seal shaft fails and the pump shaft leaks, replace the seal.
3. The flow rate is reduced. If the head is too high, the head should be adjusted; if the bottom valve or the impeller is blocked, the blockage should be excluded; if the line is too long, the curvature is too small, the pipeline should be shortened and the bending angle should be changed.
4. The motor is overheated. If the length of the power cable is too small, the line should be shortened and the power cable with a large diameter should be replaced. If the head of the pump is too low, the working time should be shortened. If mechanical friction occurs, the clearance should be adjusted to eliminate friction.
