The Neutral Protease is a solid enzyme derived from Bacillus Subtilis    fermentation. It can be applied in leather de-hairing and softening, silk    de-gumming, toothpaste, soap, detergent, baking, dairy product, film silver recovery, as well as in medicine industry. Neutral Protease can hydrolyze the protein into soluble peptides and     finally into free amino acids. .

Optimal temperature: 40-50°C  Optimal PH:  6.5-7.5

1. Appearance: yellow-brown powder (no deliquescencence and caking)

2. Enzyme activity: 30000u/g or 50000u/g

3. Water content: ≤ 8%

4. Fineness: more than 80% through 40 mesh sieve

5. Activity validity: at 25°C,the product will retain more than 85% of its  activity for 6 month.
