The identification of agricultural machinery oil needs to "see and shake"

The selection of agricultural machinery oil must be careful, try to choose good quality products. Because the quality of agricultural machinery oil will affect the use of agricultural machinery to a certain extent, the long-term use of quality oil will have a bad impact on agricultural machinery, it is likely to shorten the service life of agricultural machinery. So, how is the quality of agricultural machinery oil identified? The following four points may be helpful:

1. Look: Look at the appearance of the oil. Different types of oils have different color appearances. . Careful observation of the appearance of the oil color, light color, mostly light fractions and deep refined oil, deep color, mostly residual oil residue, low-grade oil, or heavy fraction oil .

2, smell: smell the smell of oil. The smell of oil is generally divided into gasoline, kerosene, diesel, alcohol, aromatic, sour and so on. The oil added with the additive has a certain sour taste; the oil with the alcohol component has an alcoholic taste; the light solvent oil has an aromatic taste.

3. Shake: Observe the thickness of the oil after shaking. Shake the oil in a colorless glass bottle, and observe the phenomenon of oil film hanging bottle and the generation and disappearance of air bubbles, so that different grades of oil can be basically distinguished. Oil with low viscosity produces more bubbles, rises faster, disappears faster, and hangs less bottles; oil with higher viscosity produces less bubbles, slower rise, and slower disappearance, but more oil-hanging bottles.

4, touch: used to touch the soft and hard condition of the oil and smooth. The refined oil hand mold has a smooth feeling, and the poorly refined oil has a poor smoothness. The degree of grease and hardness can be roughly divided into different grades. The number is small and the number is relatively soft.
