The relevant experts have reminded the farmers: the rainy days quickly replenish the lychee plant. Fertilizers ensure that flower spikes are robust and increase fruit set. According to experts, where the lychee of the flowering spikes should be applied in time to see the flower fertilizer, the spikes are applied more and more, the spikes are less applied; the yellow leaves are more applied and the leaves are green and less applied. The fertilizer should pay attention to the appropriate proportion of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, not to excessive nitrogen fertilizer, so as not to cause "shooting." The specific dosage is: To use the canopy area of ​​100 kg of fruit, apply 2-3 kg of compound fertilizer, or 2 kg of superphosphate, 1 kg of potassium chloride, and 0.5-1 kg of urea. The method of fertilization is: in the rainy days, the fertilizer is directly applied to the soil surface under the canopy; if there are too many ground leaves, it should be combined with cultivating loose soil; also, 2-4 trenches with a depth of about 20 cm can be opened near the canopy drip line. Then fertilize the soil.
