He said that the crisis is not necessarily a bad thing. As long as we seize the opportunity to do practical things, the market prospects of domestic CNC systems will continue to thrive.

Yu Chengting believes that the first is to actively explore the medium and high-end market, especially to actively undertake national key projects. Regardless of whether it is a major national special project, as long as it is mentioned in the 16 special projects of the country, we must actively undertake it. Of course, in the major special implementation, we have 8 major types of mainframes, as well as 7 important topics of CNC system, 12 functional components, and more than a dozen soft topics, which we must actively undertake. Because this has a driving effect on our development of the CNC industry.

The second is to fully study the use of national policies to speed up the adjustment of the structure. It is necessary to use the state's policy of investing 12.3 billion yuan in the machine tool industry. First of all, we will do a good job of matching the domestically produced machine tools in our industry with domestic CNC systems. The Machine Tool Association has held two meetings, one at the Wuhan meeting in July 2007, which identified 153 units; later in January 2008, it opened another meeting and identified 225 units. Combined with the technological transformation of more than 10 billion yuan of 29 enterprises, it may form an atmosphere in the industry to take the lead in using domestic systems. Therefore, we should not wait, we must actively look for industry OEMs or parts factories in the industry to do research.

The third is to do a good job in science and technology, and resolve to take the reliability indicators down. The root cause of the current mistrust of the entire industry is reliability. We must put quality commitments and services together. The key issue is to put the reliability indicators together, and solve the problem through internal and experimental methods through scientific and technological research.

The fourth is to expand the service area. Some time ago, China Machine Tool Industry Association participated in a meeting of the National Defense Science and Technology Commission, and the 1,000-plus efficiency plan mentioned at the meeting. * Completed 200 units, solved the problem of increasing efficiency by 50%, and many of the old machine tools were replaced. Now we have to enter the second phase, and there are 800 plans. I think that the CNC system has a lot of articles to do in this, but we must do a good job of "four catches".

The second is to grasp the grassroots level, to improve flexibility and increase the level of management integration into informationization. Enterprises in this convenience need special cooperation with the system factory, so the system factory has a lot to do in the machine tool transformation.

Third, we must grasp the construction of the database. Under the premise of perfecting the processing data of 13 kinds of aluminum alloy materials, we should add other titanium alloys and other materials to establish a database. The establishment of these databases just makes up for the shortcomings of CNC system manufacturers. Many system companies do not master the user process, and do not know what requirements people have for the CNC system. So getting involved in this area can help us improve our own development. Of course, it is not that only our system factory is involved, the main engine factory has to intervene, and the main engine factory must also carefully study the user's process.

The fourth thing to grasp is to grasp environmental issues.

If these four aspects are well grasped, it would be better to have one or two demonstration projects. In the political sense, this matter is to provide efficiency for the defense industry and provide project support; from the technical or industrial point of view, it is an exercise in the development of the CNC system industry.
