(1) Idle adjustment. Adjusting the flying hammer compression spring can change the idle speed of the diesel engine. Under normal circumstances, when the fly hammer is closed, the free end clearance of the flyweight compression spring should be 0.2 to 1.0?. If adjusted, remove the split pin on the flyweight bar, loosen the lock nut, and twist the spring seat. Turn clockwise, the gap is reduced, the idle speed of the diesel engine increases; the counterclockwise rotation, the clearance increases, and the idle speed of the diesel engine decreases. When adjusting, it is appropriate to make the diesel engine idle at low speed and not stall. (2) Adjustment of rated speed. After the diesel engine has been working for a certain period of time, the elasticity of the governor spring will change. When the elasticity of the governor spring weakens, the rated speed of the diesel engine will decrease and the specified value cannot be reached. At this time, the adjusting screw of the governor spring may be adjusted. The adjusting screw is withdrawn outwards (note that the tightening nut must be tightened after adjustment), the spring tension is increased, and the speed of speed control is increased; otherwise, the speed controlled by the governor is reduced. If the parts are worn and the rotation speed is not stable, a gasket of about 1 厚 in thickness can be added between the unidirectional thrust bearing and the speed governing disk.
