The simple method is to lift the rear axle of the locomotive, release the old gear oil in the transmission and the drive axle, add the same amount of old diesel used for cleaning, start the engine, and release the cleaning oil after running for 5 minutes at each speed. If the discharged cleaning oil is dirty, wash it again until a clean cleaning oil flows out. 4. When the cylinder head nut is installed, the inspection of the thread is often neglected. On the surface, the cylinder head nut is tightened, and in fact, the cylinder head does not press the cylinder head, causing a failure. Therefore, when installing the cylinder head nut, it should be tightened by hand. If it cannot be screwed in to the end, it means there are iron chips, impurities or thread sliding buckles in the thread and should be removed. 5. Excessive deposits in bolt holes in the engine block can prevent the cylinder head bolts from being screwed down to the end. The removal of these deposits is relatively simple by using the Phillips or sharpened steel wire to loosen the dirt in the screw hole and then applying a bit of lubricant to the head of a screwdriver. Insert into the screw hole of the body and remove the dirt a little. Repeat this several times to remove dirt from the screw hole. 6. If you do not pay attention when you remove the valve, the valve lock clip can easily pop out to lose or hit your face. The avoidance method is to use a suitable sleeve on the valve spring seat, tap the sleeve with a hand hammer, the valve lock clip can jump into the sleeve without flying out. 7. After the iron filter element of the oil bath air filter is dirty, the inside of the filter element is difficult to clean. If the filter element is immersed in diesel and ignited, after the flame is extinguished, a few sticks of the filter element are struck with wooden sticks to make the soot fall off and then washed in the diesel oil for several times. 8. If a small amount of oil oozes out from the oil bath of the oil bath type air filter and the outer shell joint, it means that the seal is not strict, which will aggravate the wear of the diesel engine. The processing method is: Cut a whiteboard paper pad that is slightly narrower than the rubber seal, and pad under the rubber seal of the oil pan, and the oil seepage phenomenon can be eliminated. 9. When the crankcase and the gearbox are cleaned, dirty oil, metal shavings, and sediment impurities in the corners of the box are often not easily removed. At this point can be used a small amount of flour mixed with water and add a few oil, knead into a group, you can easily get dirty oil, impurities in all corners stick out. 10. The removal of mechanical debris (ie, iron filings) from the oil pan is cumbersome and can easily hurt your fingers. For example, put a magnet in the oil pan to allow the iron scraps to be adsorbed on the magnet.
