Crushed raw materials: The crop stalks, weeds, leaves, etc. are crushed, preferably less than 1.5 mm in size. Weigh 100 kg of mixed powder.
Biochemical solution preparation: Take 1 kg of biochemical essence into 1 liter of warm water of 60°C~70°C and dissolve by stirring. Dissolve and pour it into 100 liters of water. Stir it evenly. Use a test paper to measure the pH to 12.5~13.0. If the pH is not enough, add a certain amount of lime water to adjust.
Mixing bagging: Add 100 kg of powder to the appropriate amount of biochemical solution, while mixing while adding, the water content of the powder can reach into the group by hand, and it is appropriate to fall into the ground. When the biochemical solution is not enough, add water to modulate. Pack the powder in plastic bags or barrels, ceramic jars, and cement pools, and compact them in layers (in the powder material, use a wooden rod with a diameter of 2 to 3 cm to punch the holes, and drill the holes in the end, with a pitch of 5~ 10 cm, the effect is better).
Sealed fermentation: After the powder is compacted, tie the plastic bag tightly or cover it with a plastic film to cover the plastic bucket, ceramic tank, and concrete tank. The cover must be tightly sealed. Fill the plastic bucket with the lid, and fill the concrete pool with plastic or wet soil to seal it by 20 cm thick. It must be airtight and allow it to ferment naturally.
